The duration of a property’s advertising depends on the selected package, with options ranging from 30 days to 4 months. Our packages offer flexible listing periods to suit your needs: 30 days, 60 days, 3 months, or 4 months.

You can edit your property description at any time! Please note that all edits will be reviewed and approved by our admin team before the updated listing goes live again.

If your listing expires before finding a tenant or buyer, you’ll need to purchase another advertising package to continue promoting your property.

Convenient payment options are available! You can pay via EFT, ATM deposit directly into our bank account, or request a payment link to pay with your debit or credit card. Our banking details will be provided upon registration and selection of an advertising package.

All properties listed on our website are automatically shared on our social media channels, reaching a wider audience and potential buyers/renters. Plus, premium listings may also appear as sponsored ads on Google, further increasing your property’s visibility and attracting even more potential leads.

If you’ve already made a payment and want to switch to a larger package, contact our admin team to explore your options. Note that downgrades or changes to smaller packages are not permitted after payment has been made.
